5 SERVICE PACKAGES TO CHOOSE FROM FOR PCL INTERIORS, INC.
FULL SERVICE DESIGN:

  » Initial Consultation $225.00 (3 hour minimum)
  » Design Fee: Depends on the length and scope of the project (minimum $500.00)  
  » Hourly Fee $85.00 (Assessed after the Initial Consultation)

There are two methods employed with the Full Service Design Program. Method One targets smaller projects. This Consultation is completed in 3 hours over one or two visits. Perhaps you need ideas on what type of furnishings you should buy, what color to paint certain rooms or wallpaper selections; if your design dilemmas can be addressed and completed within this time frame, no additional services may be required.

The second method, FULL SERVICE DESIGN, begins with the Initial Consultation and culminates with the Installation. Interior Design is a very personal process and Law takes time to explore your unique situation and understand your needs.

During the Initial Consultation, Law walks through the areas of concern with you, takes photographs. She then spends time alone, walking through the space, taking photographs and making notes. This usually takes one hour. No design advice is given at that time – this is just the beginning of the design process. The design fee is then required as you enter a contract with PCL Interiors. This fee covers, among other things, local mileage, telephone and email communication between Law and the client, and future design advice as it pertains to the project. The hourly fee begins after the initial consultation.

The Presentation process begins as Law develops a scheme tailored to your specific needs. Colors, fabrics and window treatments are selected; furniture, flooring and accessory styles are determined and floor plans are developed. At a scheduled time, Law returns to your home to present all the selections, along with prices for each item. Naturally, dialogue and questions are encouraged so any changes or options may be provided until you are delighted with your plan.

Once the design scheme is finalized and you give permission, the Ordering and Production process begins. Remember, you always determine the pace you would like to proceed. If you prefer to shop for larger items with Law, specifications for suggested items will be outlined. Law gives her personal attention to the details of your home. All projects that are resourced out are monitored and tracked by Law to maintain quality within a reasonable timeframe. Your satisfaction is our primary concern!

This brings us to the final step – the Installation. Great care is given to your home to ensure the finished project is to your liking. As your designer, Law does not pressure clients…she delivers great design work! Consequently, clients often refer PCL Interiors to family and friends. Law is honored by the many long-term relationships that are represented in her client base.
