COMPUTERIZED DESIGN ADVICE (CDA)

WHO - CDA is tailored to the client who has a desire for a personalized design experience and wants to make their own purchases based on a “master plan”.

WHERE – The CDA client lives anywhere outside the local Charlotte area. Most correspondence is done via email and the Internet. Design resources are accessible locally or on-line.

HOW – First we evaluate your specific design needs through a series of questions. Then we request photos via US Mail of every angle and perspective of your room, as well as floor plans, including all wall dimensions and door and window casings. Samples of items that will remain in the room and zoom photos will also be requested. These items will be returned when your personalized plan is complete.

WHAT - A personalized sample board will be provided with a complete design solution containing some or all suggestions on paint, fabrics, furniture, window coverings, accessories, art, magazine tears, sketches, wallpaper, flooring, tile and hardware. In addition, a step-by-step explanation of how to pull all the elements of the presentation together will be mailed.
